  • "Expongo aquí mi opinión tras haber entrenado hace unos años también aquí. El gimnasio es muy tranquilo (no suele haber gente) la piscina merece la pena y es por eso que mucha gente va a este centro. Respecto a la sala de gimnasio, falta nueva maquinaria de pesas, ya que la que tienen actualmente es anticuada y vieja. Merece mucho la pena si lo que buscas es entrenanar ejercicios funcionales o peso libre, ya que tienen una multi estación nueva (pequeña) de Reebook. Desde mi punto de vista tendrían que invertir más en maquinaria de peso libre. En mi opinión, no merece la pena ir ya que tienes máquinas algo viejas y rotas, es poco espacio y no hay monitor. Por el precio que se paga (50€ al mes sin piscina y 80 con piscina) hay opciones mejores y más baratas para entrenar con mejor maquinaria."

  • "Visited here whilst on holiday, had a great time. I've often looked for somewhere to train whilst away from home and have been unable to find anywhere. I wasn't expecting a lot, as Lanzarote is a small island, but I was pleased to be wrong. There were a lot of high grades in a class led by a fifth Dan instructor. Everyone was very accommodating to me and helped me to feel welcome. The warmup was quick and to the point, no messing around. The technical stage was useful and focused on gripping/movement, which was followed by about an hour of randori. I was left exhausted by the end of the class and returned on the next available session. I have highly recommended this club to my friends visiting Lanzarote and hope that they will listen to my advice about attending. Thank you for a great experience, sorry that this review is so late (I came in October), I've been busy since returning home."
